Denbighshire County Council (DCC) is seeking to ensure it continues to meet its legal, health & safety and moral obligations whilst providing high quality homes for our contract holders and wishes to engage suitably qualified and competent Contractors to appoint to a Framework Agreement. Successful contractors will supply all labour, materials and plant with regards to general building works for void properties within the Council’s housing stock of approximately 3380 properties.

Our aim is to provide a simple, cost effective, easy to use and transparent process to manage the Voids maintenance process to Denbighshire County Council’s housing stock.

Our vision is partner with excellent Contractors who will engage positively with our contract holders and officers to provide a quality service ensuring value for money is achieved.

Contractors shall note, however, that by the very nature of the work, no guarantee can be given with regard to the volume, trade requirements or continuity within any one given area at any time.
