We are holding a Meet the Buyer event at 13:00 on Friday 27th September online via Microsoft Teams.

This is to introduce the forthcoming tender for a Conwy Vulnerable Adults Carers Assessment and support service.

The primary aim of this Service is to enable the Council to fulfil its statutory duty under the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act, 2014, as detailed above, to ensure that Carers of Vulnerable Adults are able to access:

- Information and advice

- A Carers Assessment and Support Plan

- Support services where required, inclusive of crisis situations and respite.
