Abstract

Caerphilly County Borough Council Social Services, Adult Services has the requirement for the Provision of Extra Care. Extra Care housing service enables people to retain control over their own lives, maximising opportunities for independence and social inclusion, while receiving the support they need in a safe environment within a community setting. People living in an extra care facility will expect to receive a level of support which is higher, or more flexible than would be provided in their own homes, but lower than would be provided in a residential or nursing care home. The purpose of this service is to enable people aged 50 years plus who need housing, care, and support to maintain their independence, minimising the necessity for residential/nursing care.

The support service will be provided for people at the following extra care housing facilities:-

Cefn Glas, Maes Y Coed, Blackwood, NP12 1HD.

Plas Hyfryd, Ffordd Y Maes, Caerphilly, CF83 2AU

6. Please enter the information requested, click Next and follow the instructions ensuring that you enter all applicable details.

7. In the Enter Product Classification screen please ensure that you select the Product Classification Codes (CPV Codes)that appear in the tender notice.

8. Accept the Terms and Conditions and then click Next. This takes you in to the Welcome window.

9. In the Welcome window please enter your Organisation name, Organisation ID and User Name (User ID). You now need to create your unique password. Please ensure that you make a note of this along with the other information already recorded.

10. Now click Done and you will enter the Supplier Home page.
