Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) Smallholdings of Dwellings & Outbuildings.

Total quantity or scope of tender

a) Periodic Inspection and Testing: Perform periodic inspections and testing of electrical installations in all dwellings within the smallholdings portfolio, in accordance with current regulations (e.g., BS 7671: The IEE Wiring Regulations).

b) Electrical Distribution Diagrams: Produce a simple electrical distribution diagram for each property, clearly illustrating the electrical circuits and components.

c) Electrical Repairs and Maintenance: Identify and make safe, minor electrical repairs during inspections and testing, ensuring all appliances are left safe.

d) Smoke/Heat/CO Alarm testing: Carry out testing of the Alarm system within the dwelling to ensure devices are interconnected, and to provide certification.

e) Smoke/Heat/CO Alarm Replacement: Replace smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide (CO) alarms in all dwellings exceeding 10 years old or found faulty during inspections.

NAPIT Guidance for the Competent Person on the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671:2018 (incorporating Amendment No. 1:2020).

United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited body Approval.
