Explanation
The lease extends itself to an on-going rental agreement previously positioned between Abertawe Bro Morgannwg Health Board, to facilitate an appropriate site for on-going use and training purposes. The existing agreement is transferred over to Swansea Bay University Health Board after the boundary change.
