Abstract
Delivery of the Carbon Reporting Service for Year 2:
- Manage and develop the process ensuring the results are collated and presented in a standardised format for the whole public sector and present results to Welsh Government in a bilingual annual report for publication on Welsh Government website
- Provide interactive stakeholder workshops to report results and gather feedback on the reporting process in order to update the guidance and template.
- Manage an iterative process of stakeholder feedback which can be used to refine and modify the reporting process, including annual revision of calculations/emissions factors for the next reporting cycle, and updating of spreadsheets and templates.
- Working with the sector, consider the development of the reporting template to evolve from single annual reports to become a live online document or dashboard accessible to stakeholders and interactive to support decarb action plans.
- Provide effective ongoing support to organisations to assist in the reporting process and provide learning on specific topic areas. This can be through online forums, one to many and one to one support.

Description of the contract

Under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“PCR 2015”), a contracting authority is not required to issue an award notice for Call-Off Contracts awarded using frameworks, but the Welsh Government has undertaken to voluntarily comply with WPPN 02/22 in relation to the above referenced mini competition under this framework.
