Abstract
The DBW Group’s Cardiff office comprises 8 customer facing meeting rooms, these rooms are used for internal and external meetings. Additionally, 6 smaller internal meeting rooms provide space for one-to ones for DBW’s staff. All support both in person and hybrid meetings via MS Teams. DBW is looking to develop an existing meeting space into a dedicated media suite to provide an enhanced user experience when joining or hosting online meetings, recording video content, and delivering training sessions. The solution should include both design of the physical space and provision of suitable AV equipment.
