For 2 Boston Street (contract 1)- Refurbishment and external repair including reinstatement of lost historic details and improvements to the building performance.

For 8 Boston Street (contract 2)- Refurbishment and extension to the retail and domestic spaces including reinstatement of lost historic details, new rear extension and improvements to the building performance.

Work supported by external funding by UK Government and National Lottery Heritage Fund
