The University of Wales Trinity Saint David is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Consultants, to conduct; -
Lot 1 Feasibility Study for a Business & Enterprise Centre
To conduct a full Feasibility Study for a proposed Rural Business and Enterprise Centre based on its Lampeter campus.
The Rural Business and Enterprise Centre forms part of the Canolfan Tir Glas project (Appendix 1) which will deliver a transformative vision for the University and for the town of Lampeter, where the University, in collaboration with a range of local partners will develop an eco-system that will support rural infrastructure and act as a catalyst for promoting an economy with a clear focus on food, hospitality and tourism.
This work has received funding through: -
The Welsh Government Rural Communities - Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government and
The UK Government’s Community Renewal Fund
Lot 2 Feasibility Study for the Academy of Contemporary Food
A Feasibility Study to clearly and explicitly define development opportunities, commercial market opportunities and potential academic/training opportunities for the Academy of Contemporary Food
Lot 2 Feasibility Study for the Winemaking Facility
A Feasibility Study examining the case for a commercial winemaking facility integrating winemaking education with a facility for making wine for growers who currently do not have their own winemaking facilities and where grapes are made into wine in facilities outside of Wales.
Lot 2 Business Pan for Academy for Contemporary Food & Wine Making Facility
Develop a three-year Business Plan for a proposed Academy of Contemporary Food Wales based on its Lampeter campus.
