Swansea Council ADG has been appointed to design and project manage a regeneration scheme to bring dwellings in line with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard requirements. The specification document sets out the specification in line with the Client (Swansea Council Housing) Brief.

Installation of solar PV and battery storage within 11 Council owned properties at Craig Cefn Parc.
