Abstract

University of Wales Trinity Saint David (“The Employer”) looks forward to receiving your Tenders for the removal and replacement of the existing rooflight at the T&L Building on Carmarthen Campus. The T & L Building along with the rooflight was constructed in 2013, Water ingress has developed over the years which is visible from inside the building. The internal spaces below the rooflight are public areas and these are very unlikely to be closed off completely during the works. Careful management in terms of health and safety will be needed along with all mitigations in place.

The T & L Building along with the rooflight was constructed in 2013, Water ingress has developed over the years which is visible from inside the building.
