The service will provide a regular and on-demand cleaning service for vulnerable Milton Keynes Council (the Council) social care clients, who, through ill-health or personal reasons are unable to maintain their accommodation as a safe and pleasant place to live. People provided with the service may be experiencing a number of conditions, situations or demonstrating behaviours including but not limited to mental health conditions, particularly obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), physical ill health, autism, learning difficulty, domestic abuse, substance misuse, offending behaviour.To provide a Regular Cleaning Service of a high standard to the premises of clients as outlined above. This is likely for most clients to be bi-weekly or weekly but may be at other intervals. Each client will have a personalised cleaning plan drawn up by Adult Social Care and will be accessible to the Provider. This will detail which tasks are to be done, the frequency and time agreed in hours or parts o
