Abstract

The University of South Wales, Faculty of Creative Industries, is planning to redevelop our Live Recording Room (Room CAB303) and its Control room (CAB304) to create a modern flagship studio space at our Cardiff Campus. The works will involve design and fitment to replace and upgrade of acoustic separations of the rooms to the wider building, internal separation between the two rooms and within the live room itself for the isolation of amplifiers etc. The upgrade would keep the existing connection to our CTA to enable us to send feeds out of spaces and receive feeds in via BNC.
