Installation of Renewable Technology

Bidders are invited to submit their tender for a suitably experienced and competent contractor under a JCT Intermediate form of contract with Contractors Design (ICD 2016) with amendments, to install renewable technology to 25 apartments contained within a sheltered scheme known as Llandafal Court in Cwm, Ebbw Vale. Works to include infrared heating system (known as Nexgen) installation of PV panels and battery storage along with all associated BWIC. Tai Calon reserves the right to make changes to the specification, any changes will be notified to all bidders.
