Description of the goods or services required

The electrical inspector shall carry out comprehensive inspection, testing, servicing and surveying of the whole fixed electrical installations, within the buildings indicated on the appended schedules, their outbuildings, extensions and all associated external services, in accordance with this specification and all relevant regulations and standards, current at the time of the inspection and test.

The contractor shall also employ a specialist contractor to undertake an annual test and inspection of the lightning protection system
