Abstract
Dyma alwad am Ddatganiadau o Ddiddordeb ar gyfer cyfle i ddatblygu darpariaeth ynni gwynt ar ystâd CNC o fewn y ffin goch a ddangosir yn Ffigur 1a. Byddai'r cyfle datblygu hwn yn golygu ymrwymo i brydles ar gyfer defnyddio'r safle, gan gynnwys hawl mynediad ar gyfer adeiladu, cynnal a chadw, a datgomisiynu. Byddai'r brydles yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i'r datblygwr dalu rhent y farchnad am ddefnyddio'r safle yn seiliedig ar y refeniw gros a gynhyrchir gan y cynllun.
This is a call for Expressions of Interest for an opportunity to develop a wind energy proposal on the NRW estate within the red line boundary shown in Figure 1a. The development opportunity would involve entering into a lease for use of the site, including a right of access for construction, maintenance and decommissioning. The lease would require the developer to pay market rent for the use of the site based on the gross revenue generated by the scheme.
