Mechanical and electrical engineering services. South Kesteven District Council are looking to procure the services of a Mechanical and Electrical maintenance contractor to carry out planned maintenance and responsive repairs to their portfolio of corporate properties including swimming pools and leisure centres. The contract will be for a minimum period of 5 years with the option to extend annually, on the anniversary of the contract, by one (1) year up to a maximum total contract period of 10 years.
