Please refer to these statements when completing section 4B of the ESPD (Scotland).
Preferred bidder will be required to submit accounts or financial statements for the last 2 financial years.
Bidders accounts must demonstrate a Current liquidity Ratio of greater than 1.
Current Ratio will be calculated as follows: net current assets divided by net current liabilities.
There must be no qualification or contraindication from any evidence provided in support of the bidders economic and financial standing.

It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types of insurance indicated below.
Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 10 000 000 GBP;
Public Liability Insurance = 5 000 000 GBP
Professional Indemnity Insurance = 1 000 000 BP.

Minimum level(s) of standards required:
All food handlers shall be trained in basic food hygiene prior to commencing work, and must hold or pass the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland Elementary Certificate in Food Hygiene, or equivalent, within 6 weeks of commencing work.
All staff involved in delivery of the Services or requiring access to the Premises must have a Basic Disclosure Certificate from Disclosure Scotland.
The Service Provider shall ensure compliance with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) 2002, as amended, and with sportscotland's policy.

Tender pricing will be evaluated using the following formula: Lowest Price Bid/Bid Price x 40.
The lowest priced bid will therefore score 40 % with others scoring against this using the formula.
