Preferred bidder will be required to submit accounts or financial statements for the last 2 financial years.
Bidders accounts must demonstrate a Current liquidity Ratio of greater than 1.
Current Ratio will be calculated as follows: net current assets divided by net current liabilities.
There must be no qualification or contra-indication from any evidence provided in support of the bidders economic and financial standing.

It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types of insurance indicated below.
Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 10 000 000 GBP.
Public Liability Insurance = 5 000 000 GBP.
Professional Indemnity Insurance = 1 000 000 GBP.

Minimum level(s) of standards required:
The basic acceptable standard of cleaning is to be in accordance with the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) best practice.
All staff involved in any way in the delivery of the contract with access to Sportscotland premises shall require to have obtained a disclosure certificate from Disclosure Scotland.
The Contractor shall ensure compliance with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) 2002, as amended, and with Sportscotland's policy.
