Abstract
Powys County Council 'the Council' is seeking to gauge interest in companies wishing to undertake the role of Principal Contractor on a development of an approximately 22 units of social housing scheme at Smithfield, Llanidloes, Powys.
The Council will be appointing by a competitive tender advertised through Sell2Wales. The Council is seeking to be on-site by approximately April/May 2020.
The development will be in accordance with Welsh Government's Development Quality Requirements (DQR), and the Council's Wood Encouragement Policy.
