Suffolk’s properties are a mix of social housing and sheltered schemes Suffolk Housing Society is seeking bids from appropriately skilled and experienced contractors to provide repairs, maintenance and void works across the properties they own and manage. The tender process will result in a contract with one contractor. The contract will be an initial 5 years (60 months) with an option to extend up to 5 years (60 months).
