Wrexham County Borough Council are looking to engage the market for a Business Process Re-Engineering Analytical Software Solution.
We would require the Solution to be able to do as a minimum the following:-
- Ease of Use
- Easy to understand be interactive with icon based for visual mapping
- Fully reportable, ease of use to create reports which can be easily manipulated to seek the target audience required
- Automation of the evaluation of time/cost process
- Automated, drag & drop process mapping with logic check ensuring key controls along the process map/authorisation levels
- Search function to identify which roles/systems are responsible within each step of a process
- Steps enrichment with statistics, descriptions, documents and entities
- One click view switching to alter process visualisation (e.g. customer Journey, swim lane, value stream, etc.)
- Collaborate on process redesign – ability to share maps, amend, comment, sign off etc.
- Evaluate lead time, service time, costs etc. and automatically find the bottleneck of each parameter/control
- Ability for concurrent licensing/what licensing models you provide
The benefits and outcomes from a solution we require as a minimum are:-
- The ability to identify true benefits realisation which could be in the form of time/money/resource efficiencies from new ways of working
- The ability to quantify what the cost/benefit would be of delivering change
- Ease of use of the solution in order to save time on standard business analyst function, accelerate the amount of processes that can be redesigned
- Single source of data to include fully mapped processes (can be used in training, for continuous improvement, IT system configuration)
- Avoid costly rework of processes
- Demonstrate how systems work together
- Provide holistic end to end process redesign
- Support implementation of programmes that deliver against WCBC Modern and Resilient priority
