The Council are seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to tender for the appointment of a contractor for renovation of a four bedroom Council property at 89 Caegwyn, Llanidloes, Powys.

Minimum standards and qualification required

Tenderers must meet the requirements published in the Contract Notice. These represent the basic business requirements of the Council (the "Minimum Requirements"):

Constructionline Silver registration with relevant categories.

CHAS Registration or SSiP equivalent.

One operative on site will be required to have Category B Working with Non-Licensable Asbestos training. All other operatives will be required to have Category A Asbestos Awareness training.

Insurances are required as follows:

- Public Liability Insurance - £5,000,000.

- Employers Liability Insurance - £5,000,000

2. Express an Interest in the tender

3. Responding to the tender
