Abstract

The Vale of Glamorgan Council is conducting market research with interested commercial parties in relation to all aspects of a Digital Customer Experience Platform. Without prejudice to competition in the marketplace, this speculative notice is being used to invite interested parties to participate in market consultation to assist us in assessing the various options which are available to develop specifications to ensure that any future tender process delivers the optimum solution to the Vale of Glamorgan Council before commencing a formal procurement process. Please note that this is not a call for competition and no tender documents are available at this stage.

Receipt of information from suppliers regarding how their solutions could assist the Vale of Glamorgan Council to solve some of the challenges outlined in the attached brief are required by Weds 7th October.

The Council will hold a series of supplier bootcamps in the last two weeks of September to enable active engagement with staff currently involved with designing customer solutions at the Council.
