Newport City Council invites tenders from experienced suppliers for the provision of a supported living service for tenants with learning disabilities and/or autism at 5 Stow Park Circle, Newport.
The contract will be for a period of 7 years with a possible extension of 3 years, extended on an annual basis subject to contract review. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 November 2024.
TUPE does not apply as this is a new service.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
NCC Adult Social Services has entered into a collaboration with First Choice Housing Association (FCHA) to develop supported living accommodation at 5 Stow Park Circle for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in Newport through funding from Housing Capital Fund (HCF). FCHA is currently undertaking a program of work to prepare the property for occupation by the residents in November 2024.
This tender is for the provision of a supported living service to enable tenants become independent and engage in the local community.

3. Responding to the tender

- Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT.
