A Maintenance Services Contract for the provision of Premises Maintenance Services (Planned Preventative, Reactive maintenance, and Additional Works)
This includes, but is not limited to: Mechanical and Electrical, Fabric and Fire Maintenance and Repair for different business areas of TfL.
The Estimated total value of the contract represents a high level estimate of the value of the maintenance activities for 5 years, plus the 2 year extension for planned and reactive maintenance. It also takes into account any additional project works which may arise during the full 7 years of the contract. This therefore is the estimated maximum value expected from this contract.

The services will cover multiple locations throughout Greater London across 4 different business units; Head Office, Road Bus & River, London Transport Museum and London Trams. II.2.4) Description of the procurement
This is a competitive procurement for the award of a single Maintenance Services contract for the provision of M&E, Fabric and Fire Systems Maintenance and Repair Services across four different TfL business units.
The proposed contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to a maximum of 2 years.
Interested parties must register on Transport for London's SAP Ariba system and then request access to the procurement event.
Interested parties can then view the Specification, Performance requirements, and Contract and then submit their Supplier Qualification responses before the date stated. (Friday 6th September 2024)

To express an interest for this tender, interested bidders must contact the owner of the Notice via Email to express their interest in the opportunity and complete Ariba registration, if required.
