Abstract

A Maintenance Services Contract for the provision of Premises Maintenance Services (Planned Preventative, Reactive maintenance, and Additional Works)

The Estimated total value of the contract represents a high level estimate of the value of the maintenance activities for 5 years, plus the 2 year extension for planned and reactive maintenance.
