Powys Teaching Health Board require a suitably qualified long-term research and evaluation partner to support and facilitate service development and improvement and secure the long-term sustainability of The Improving Cancer Journey (ICJ) programme in Powys.
The external research and evaluation partner will be required for the remainder of phase 2 of the programme in Powys which is initially until 31/3/26 with the potential to extend the programme until 31/3/27. The anticipated date for the research and evaluation to commence is 1/10/24.

Powys Teaching Health Board recognises the importance of the Welsh language to the communities it serves. Consequently, responses to an invitation to quote or tender will be accepted in Welsh as well as English. However, please note that tender responses submitted only in Welsh will be translated by the Health Board into English before consideration. Those involved in translating the document will be barred from taking decisions on awarding tenders.
The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 80% quality and 20% cost as detailed in the ITT document.
