II.2.4) Description of the procurement
This tender process is for participation in the Contract for the development of a new Zero Waste Park on the outskirts of Dumfries. This is a large-scale project to decommission the refinements section of the existing MBT site, conversion of this space into a Dry Recycling Facility and creation of new Household Waste Recycling Facility. The project will require weighbridges, staff car parking, utilities, road and services infrastructure and any other associated services.
Your submission will:
Provide pre-construction advice and liaison with the design team to ensure a full works
package, contractor design elements, agreement of the works programme, development of
the risk register, completion of Bill of Quantities and finalised contract arrangements.
Tenderers to submit costs for pre-construction fee, in addition to prelims, overheads and profits margin.
