This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
The NHS West Yorkshire ICB claims Home Office funding for those people arriving in the UK under the resettlement programmes and those seeking asylum.
Bevan Healthcare was jointly commissioned in 2022 by Leeds and Bradford to deliver an Interim Accommodation service to people residing in hotels 9 contingency and bridging. The contract expired 31st March 2024
Notification for allocation in 2024/25 was not received until January 2024. A paper was taken to the Leeds and Bradford Primary Care Boards for consideration in March 2024 and agreement was given to continue funding the service for a further 12 months on 27th March.
