Description of the goods or services required
The works comprise the design and construction of shell, core and office areas of unit known as Trident, along with associated landlords works. Work to include erection of full height sound proof partitions in order to create production areas, erection of full height partitions in order to create required supporting areas. Mechanical, electrical and sprinkler design works and all other works associated with internal fit out of the unit. The works will also comprise of required landlord dilapidation works.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required
All Tenderers must be able to meet and or provide the below information as part of tender submission.
Confirmation of company’s arrangements for H&S to determine whether these are sufficient to enable to carry out the work safely and without risk.
Assessment of company’s experience and track record in delivering similar type projects.
Copy of company’s last 3 years accounts.
Tenderers are also required to provide details of the following
Proposal for soundproof doors, walls, ceilings and any acoustic damping.
Proposal for providing access for external equipment including generators
Proposal for providing adequate ventilation and fume extraction.
Details of proposed design team.
Proposal for fire/smoke detection alarm system (fit for purpose)
Proposal in regarding providing adequate IT system.
Details of lighting including studio active system (red light green light system)
