The Tower Hamlets' Infrastructure/Viability Planning Team is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with a minimum of 4 Professionally Accredited Viability Consultancies designed to provide the Council with access to viability advice on a range of planning applications where development viability is in question. Successful consultancies will be retained for the duration of the Framework Agreement and will be commissioned to independently assess financial viability assessments submitted by applicants for planning permission. The successful consultancies may also be asked to assist the Council in other matters of viability, should the need arise.
The estimated value of the contract is: 234 000 GBP — Total Cost.
For a period of up to 3 years or once the funding budget limit has been reached, whichever is sooner.
