Description of the goods or services required

The nature of the works is mainly to repair like-for-like where necessary. The former Shop building's timber frame structure will need to be repaired and reinforced due to wood worm/insect attack and wood/dry rot. All of the corrugated metal sheets forming the skin of the exterior (walls and roof) are to be replaced with metal sheets matching the existing in material and

profile. There will be a new extension with a pitched roof and proportions to exactly replicate that of the existing building. The external finish will contrast with the existing in order to distinguish between the new and the old.
