Provision of Communication System Maintenance Services and associated line rental

Description of the goods or services required

The Commissioner is seeking to appoint a Communications Service provider to support and maintain all of the Commissioners in-house Communication systems including line rental and call charges.

The contract is to commence on 1 April 2021. The contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The Commissioner requires a fully outsourced managed service. The Commissioner does not employ in-house IT Staff.

Applicants are required to provide a pricing schedule that includes:

the cost of supporting the systems noted in section 3 and:

• Onboarding costs

• Line services including call charges

• Engineer time (based on 1 day)

• any other relevant information

The cost noted should include all relevant elements, including third party costs if relevant. Please note which elements will be completed by a sub-contractor if relevant.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

The tender submission document should consist of a main tender document, along with a completed European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) which is available and can be downloaded from Sell2Wales and any other relevant evidence.

It is anticipated that the information contained in this document, together with published documents for each organisation referred to above, will be sufficient for potential providers to prepare a submission.
