Evaluation Services for Ysbrydoli Sir Benfro/Pembrokeshire Inspired Arts Partnership

Description of the goods or services required

In 2018 Arwain Sir Benfro/PLANED (Pembrokeshire Local Action Network for Enterprise and Development) secured funding to deliver a countywide arts development partnership project ( Ysbrydoli Sir Benfro/Pembrokeshire Inspired) under the LEADER European Funding programme via the Welsh Government Scheme. This project is in its final stage of delivery and is due to end in June 2021.We are seeking to appoint an experienced evaluation consultant to undertake a project evaluation.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Submission of letter of application detailing reason for their interest and outlining the methodology; CV with two referees given and examples of at least 2 other evaluation projects successfully completed. Must have significant experience of evaluation services and demonstrate thorough knowledge, understanding and experience of the arts sector in the application.
