II.1.4) Short description
The Client employs a total of approximately 4200 staff and has approximately 1400 workers registered with the Client’s in-house Bank. Additionally, the Client also has number of Volunteers, Work Placement/Trainees and Suppliers working across the Client
The Client is looking for a comprehensive, fully integrated, high quality and modern Occupational Health Service (OHS), which represents Value for Money (VfM) and complies with national standards and supports in the utilisation and future development of Trust policies. The service will be flexible and accessible to the Clients employees, Bank Staff, Volunteers, individuals on honorary contracts, Work Placement/Trainees, students, SSL staff (Estates & Facilities) and any contracting staff as specified by the Client.
The OHS will provide advice to management and employees in all aspects of occupational health & wellbeing, neuro-musculoskeletal (Physiotherapy) and staff Psychological Support and Therapies Service in the workplace where health is affecting performance and where work is adversely affecting health through assessments, reporting and attendance at case conferences with managers and employees.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
