Abstract
The works involve the re-wiring and renewal of the existing Electrical Services to the Infant, Primary & Nursery School. The school is to remain fully occupied throughout the works so it is proposed that initially new primary containment systems, main switchgear, distribution boards and data services (Comms Cabinets), fibre optic cabling are installed in readiness for the multiple phases of works anticipated.
The Electrical Contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of project management, programming, client liaison, electrical works, associated mechanical works, removals, decorations, ceiling installations, fire stopping, cleaning and all associated aspects of the project.
A full set of tender drawings and specification have been issued with this tender.

Minimum standards and qualification required
We require an Electrical Contractor NICEIC registered to submit a tender and undertake this work, who may employ and manage other suitably approved contractors on specific items of work where relevant.
All site operatives and on-site supervisor must be asbestos awareness trained prior to working on the site operations.
