Abstract
Construction and refurbishment works on a prominent former HSBC bank building in Holyhead Town Centre. The 3 storey building is situated within a planning conservation area and the works involve the reconfiguration of the former bank to create two separate commercial units on the ground floor namely a restaurant and micro brewery with tap room. The top two floors will be reconfigured to create 7 high quality overnight accommodation rooms - all with en suite facilities.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:
We expect the successful contractor to provide work placement, apprenticeships or paid work opportunities as part of this contract. Môn CF will work with the successful contractor to identify the most straight forward way to create these opportunities. Where possible funding to cover the salaries of such apprentices or paid work placements will be sourced.
The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
