Abstract
Replace windows & external doors with new PVCu double glazed units to 12 properties consisting of 10 two-bedroom flats (6 ground and 4 first floor) and 2 two-bedroom houses with the possibility of adding a further 6 leaseholder flats (2 ground and 4 first floor).
The anticipated contract start date is 12th February 2024.
