Abstract

The purpose of this notice is to inform the market of the intention of the City of Edinburgh Council (the “Council”) to establish a new Professional Qualifications Framework Agreement.

The Council’s aim is to appoint a number of Service Providers to deliver various Modern Apprenticeships and Health and Social Care Qualifications.

It is expected that the new Framework shall operate from May 2025 for a period of four years with no option to extend. The structure of this Framework is still under review, and current Lots are subject to change.

Service Providers who may be interested in tendering for this opportunity are encouraged to note interest via Public Contracts Scotland. It is anticipated that publication of the Contract Notice will be January/February2025.

Please could interested parties submit a response to the Council’s Survey by Wednesday 8th of January 2025 to the email address provided.

Please note that the purpose of this PIN is to engage with potential Service Providers and all information contained within this PIN may be subject to change.
