— Recording of test results;
— Issue notications to our people for annual refreshers and/or statutory training;
— Should be able to integrate with Oracle 12.1.3 to enable the passing across of training information to employee records;

HR will set the standards and business process for E-Learning, the business will then create the content. In terms of scale the systems should be able to cater for circa 7,000 employees and support at least 100 courses.
Heathrow is looking to improve its capability in I-Recruitment, talent management and performance management we would like to understand your capability in these disciplines and how they are integrated with your E-Learning and LMS offering.
