This is a Contract Award Notice in respect of electrical planned and reactive maintenance services for a period of 3 years.
The contract covers a wide variety of sites across West Berkshire. The greater part of the works will be based in educational establishments. However, the successful contractor will also be expected to carry out maintenance works at other building types which will include but will not be limited to Leisure Centres, Libraries, Public Conveniences, Museums, Residential Care Homes, Community Centres and Offices.
The Electrical Maintenance contract will include but will not be limited to the Planned and Reactive maintenance of Emergency Lighting Systems, Electric Storage Heaters, Lightning Protection Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Portable Appliance Testing.
