The Matching Engine Software (MES) (Face) Supplier has been selected to provide a Biometric Matching Engine Software (Face) and associated services as part of the Home Office Biometrics (HOB) programme. This includes:

The Contracting Authority incorporated a stand still period at the point information on the award of the contract was communicated to the tenderers. That notification provided full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which lasted a minimum of ten (10) calendar days, provided time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract was entered into.
Any appeal or request for additional information should be sent to the name and address in section 1.1). The Public Contract Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Courts (England, Wales and Northern Ireland.)
