Igneous operates predominantly in South Wales and as such will be establishing a framework of partner contractors to deliver high profile mixed tenure sites providing up to 180 homes and elements of retail and/or commercial space over a 4/5 year period.
The first of these is a residential development at The Wharf, Cardiff which will include the design and construction of 180 dwellings and retail together with drainage and external works (including off-site works) in 4 phases (the "Requirement"). The Contractor appointed to the framework with the highest score will be awarded a call off contract for phases 1 of the Requirement
