Description of the contract
LOT 1 : Throughout the Food Hub project, PLANED is looking to appoint one contractor to provide PR &
Marketing and Comms support - stakeholder events; promote project via local press and media; design
newsletters; graphic design for project resources, including promotional material, formatting case
studies, online events; infographics; and case study films. We also seek the contractor to advise and
guide on opportunities to promote the Food Hub Project with wider stakeholders.
LOT 2 : To design and develop a website to the Food Hub Team’s requirements; to update information
as required; upload Case Studies and Newsletters to relevant sections; add resources, films and toolkits;
review for typos, working links and flow of site; plus Google Analytics monthly reports to the Food Hub
Team’s requirements. Website development to show – interactive map with location of hubs, toolkits
to support delivery including volunteer guide and information packs. From project inception, the
website will be key to delivery and recruiting volunteers and Food Hubs. This will be actioned in the first
stage (short term 3 months) of the project. We also seek the contractor to provide technical support
and advice regarding the website through the lifespan of the Food Hub Project.
