Justification for selected award procedure:
The contract has as its object services listed in Annex II B to the directive
Explanation:
The UK Ministry of Defence intends to award a 3 year contract to Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) for £250,000.00 without prior publication of a contract notice for the provision of CIPD accreditation through the Experience Assessment Route. It is considered justified for technical reasons under regulation Article 32(2)b(ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The chartered institute of personnel and development are the only supplier able to provide this accreditation.
