Abstract
Full architectural and project management services required for a large three storey commercial building in Holyhead Town Centre. The property is to be reconfigured from its previous use as an office for Careers Wales to provide a mix of commercial uses to include a ground floor cafe, first and second floor conversion to accommodate a dance studio and community rooms. Question: With reference to the 4 projects currently on Sell2Wales, could you confirm if BREEAM is a requirement? It’s currently stipulated as a requirement but will cost a substantial amount of money to achieve, and could add considerably to the overall project delivery date.
Response: BREEAM is not a requirement.
