Sport England requires an Evaluation and Learning Partner to support and drive forward the collective evaluation and learning of the System Partner investment. This is a complex piece of work involving over 125 System Partners. Through our System Partner investment we are changing the way we work with partners who play a significant role in the sport and physical activity sector. The evaluation and learning will need to demonstrate impact and enable learning across the system. The requirements for the Evaluation and Learning Partner are set out below but include a process and impact evaluation, learning and knowledge exchange, and building the skills, knowledge and capacity of System Partners in evaluation and learning.

Sport England as the contracting authority is tendering for the supply of an Evaluation and Learning Partner (the Services). Sport England is seeking through this tendering process to award a contract with a suitably capable Contractor to provide these Services for an initial term of 36 months and a unilateral option of Sport England to extend for further periods up to a maximum of 24 months.
