Description of the goods or services required
1	The proposed overview of requirements is:
        a.	Audit Wales wishes to work in partnership with a supplier to
assess employee engagement and employee experience.
        b.	The supplier will provide expert advice on the design of regular,
flexible, focussed and impactful surveys that cover the themes of
the Civil Service People Survey. The successful company would
develop a set of explanatory notes that assist people to
understand what they are being asked about in each question to
help them determine an appropriate response and rating.
        c.	That the approach to monitoring employee engagement and
experience across the themes in the CSPS provides continuity and
consistency with previous years and comparable organisations.
This may mean importing the same questions for engagement from
the CSPS for consistency. The supplier would advise us on the
best ways of benchmarking with other organisations and between
        years.
        d.	Reporting will provide tailored feedback reports at appropriate
levels as well as a whole organisation position
        e.	Relevant and up to date benchmarking information will be
available plus access to advice on best practice solutions.
        f.	The supplier will provide support throughout the contract period
in the form of a client liaison role and this will include
analysis and reporting of the results.
