Pembrokeshire County Council invite you to submit a bid to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Provision of Domiciliary Care and Support Services.
The Hywel Dda University Health Board may call off goods and services in quantities and at such frequency as it determines appropriate and as such, the approximate Hywel Dda University Health Board contract value has been included within this notice.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Pembrokeshire County Council is preparing to go out to tender for Domiciliary Care and Support Services.
The requirement of Domiciliary Care is to support individuals in Pembrokeshire who have been assessed as requiring a care package to independently remain living in their homes.
The requirement includes supporting individuals to access locality networks to enable them to remain connected to their community.
Service Providers will collaborate to maintain local and effective scheduling.
This arrangement will impose the following special conditions:
-pay those delivering domiciliary care a minimum of 11.50 GBP per hour for all time on a shift basis.
-pay those delivering home care using their own vehicle a minimum of and 45 pence per mile.
This arrangement also includes set rates paid to providers.
