II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) is the transport arm of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) and co-ordinates investment to improve the region's transport infrastructure and create a fully integrated, safe and secure transport network.
TfWM are seeking to appoint up to 6 organisations on to a Framework for the provision of strategic transport modelling services in the West Midlands.
The appointed suppliers will apply, maintain and enhance variable-demand strategic transport models, namely PRISM 6 and it's replacement Regional Strategic Model (RSM).
